Booking terms and cancellation policy
Arrival Saturday 4 PM to Saturday week 10 AM.
Reservation
The reservation is complete when you will have sent over a cheque to cover 20 % of the rental. The difference is paid on arrival. We will confirm your reservation by email or post at your home address. The appartment will be reopened to let if the deposit is not received If paid by a bank transfer the guest is responsible for any associated charges We will ask for a cheque guaranteed of 300 euros which will be given back after verification of your appartment. Guests must pay for damage they cause to property, breakage (accidental or otherwise) other than normal wear and tear, loss of keys etc.
Balance of payment
The totality of the rental will be paid on arrival, we accept paiement by French cheque or cash (euros) we do not accept credit or debit card.
Before leaving the rental is asked to leave the appartment in the same condition as when the rental started.
